Currently working as University Librarian at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Geography in addition to a B.L.I.Sc.and M.L.I.Sc, Degrees from The Department of Library and Information Science, University of Delhi, M.Phil. (Library and Information Science), M.B.A. C.I.C & L.LB. He has around 26 years of experience in the field of Library and Information Science. He has contributed/presented 49 papers in different National and International Conferences. His 7 papers have been also published in refereed Journals UGC Care and Scopus listed Journal. He is Editor of well-reputed Journal Gyankosh: The Journal of Library and Information Management” and Associate Editor of Pranjana: The Journal of Management Awareness, Vidhigya: The Journal of Legal Awareness. He has also edited eight books. He has also published a poetry Book “EK Anam Kavi ki Rachnaye”.

He has been instrumental in organizing various Conferences, Workshops and Seminars. He has also conducted 28 Programmes (Workshop, Conference, Librarian Development Programme Seminar & Webinar). He was associated as the Organizing Secretary and member of several National and International Conferences in different capacities. He has been a Resource Person for many National Workshops at different institutions like BIMTECH, Greater, IFTM University, Moradabad, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College of women, University of Delhi, South Campus, University of Delhi, and Deaprtment of Library and Information Science, Aligarh Muslim University, Durgawati Hemraj Taha Saraswati Vidya Mandir Ghaziabad, Maa Peace Foundation Delhi, Satyawati College, University of Delhi, K L MehtaDayanad College for Women, Faridabad.
